The Community Learning Network (CLN) at Claremont Graduate University sponsors a series of learning centers based in low-income apartment complexes which provide support to residents based on an intimate understanding of their needs and resources. The CLN also enhances the preparation of educators through meaningful interaction with the children and families they will eventually serve. Central to CLN's work is conducting research related to community and community building processes.
